Supply Chain Officer

Description

• Ensure Timely and accurate supplies of FG goods as per the requirements.
• Dispatch planning on daily basis, ensuring truck availability and supplies, both in-house and 3P.
• Coordination with the material planner for smooth and un interrupted supplies
• Minimize stock outs at depots.
• FG freight Bill passing and deductions as per the data from depot.
• Daily stock reconciliation and accuracy in physical and book stocks.
• Maintaining Excise documentation and proper knowledge of excise laws pertaining to removal of FG goods
• Ensuring storage of FG in FG godown as per norms and movement of FG to these godowns
• Tracking Transporter service level.
• Control and command on the transporters. Timely payments to transporters.
• Excise compliance and documentation as per statutory requirements
• Handling of all matters pertaining to accidents/ thefts
• Cost effective and optimization of outbound FG transport cost (Rail/ multimode/ road)
• To maintain the various processes and TPM at FG area
• Adherence to safety norms
• Proper coordination with Contractual Labour
